Appointments cancelled constantly, at the last minute about 50% of the time. Poor customer service, no concern about client retention.

First lashes and first time at the studio. Excellent service, Tammie was really sweet and walked me through the service well. Kiara was my tech, she was really sweet and professional and everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to come back
