I originally scheduled a lash lift for 9:20 am when the studio called, twice they asked if they could move my appointment to 9 which was a joke since the receptionists did not have any of the paperwork ready which cut into my appointment by about 10 minutes. The lash tech did not really explain any of the process to me and I feel like since my appointment time was interrupted over a printer, she had to rush. My lashes looked fine and I WAS happy and even agreed to a membership...within 30 minutes of driving home my eyelashes... read more
