Rarely cleans supplies. I saw someone use tweezers with previous hair and glue on a client. Leawood location much better.

It's been a week and a half since getting a classic set of lash extensions from this place. Most of which have already fallen out. Stay away from this place.
The Plaza location significantly decreased in cleanliness and has some of the worst employee turnover I’ve ever seen in the beauty service industry. The salon is dirty, it smells like a sewer, no clean towels are ever provided to use at the wash station and they always seem to be out of supplies including the right size lashes, glue and tape.
