So, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out customer service was amazing. The reason for the 2 stars is because for the amount of money spent my lashes only lasted 2 days. I did not rub them, did not wet them nor did I do my regular skin care routine. Just for the lashes to fall off within 2days. I had to go somewhere else 2 days later, a day before my vacation to get them done. I’m not sure if the lash adhesive is the problem or whether it was the tech. Although she was a sweetheart as well. I chose Amazing Lash Studio for my wedding lashes because I wanted to feel confident on one of the most important days of my life. Instead, the entire experience left me stressed, disappointed, and out over $500. As a first-time client, I explained exactly what I wanted—a natural look somewhere between a Classic and a Mega set. I got a volume set of extensions put on by Abby for $145. They look and feel very good.
