My wife is/was a regular here. Today she called to cancel with them. We just don’t feel comfortable going to appointments like this during the pandemic. They refused to close her account unless she came in IN PERSON to do it. The absolutely last thing you should be forcing patrons to do right now. I understand some will disagree with our logic, but to us this displays a clear lack of care for customers, so we will never spend our money here again. Very unhappy with my lashes at Amazing lash studio bad experience they fell in 3 days I had a vacation trip to go
This place is now my go to lash place. I originally came here after having lash damage from a previous place. The ladies there are always so nice and help with anything I need.
