Ardmore and this location are PREDATORY. They unfroze my account after I asked to have it entirely canceled and have been charging me $139.99 a month without telling me that they resumed my account. I don’t even live here anymore and they’re refusing to refund my account. I moved back in May. There was no follow up email or call saying they resumed my account. I joined this studio last spring; got an eye infection immediately following a visit, called and cancelled by subscription. My subscription was only put on hold; I discovered this by getting a charge on my account for another months service after a lapse of a few months (approximately 4 months). I did not receive any warning that my account was about to be charged.
