Ardmore and this location are PREDATORY. They unfroze my account after I asked to have it entirely canceled and have been charging me $139.99 a month without telling me that they resumed my account. I don’t even live here anymore and they’re refusing to refund my account. I moved back in May. There was no follow up email or call saying they resumed my account. This business is amazing ! Very clean and the women that work here have an amazing technique. The staff up front is very well spoke and everyone is awesome all around ! Negative reviews come from rude people who can't take accountability !! Will be returning

I would not recommend getting any service here. The staff is very rude and incompetent about the product. I called inquiring about the service, the product containments and the policies. She yelled at me and hung up. I do not feel confident to allow myself or my teenager to get my lashes here.

IF I could give them zero or negative stars I WOULD!! THIS IS **** LOCATION!! This is a awful business. I cancelled my contract towards beginning of year due to the lash tech glued my eye together then proceeded to rip them apart with her fingers. The glue made my eye so red and i told the girl ********** that I had this issue and would never be back. I joined this studio last spring; got an eye infection immediately following a visit, called and cancelled by subscription. My subscription was only put on hold; I discovered this by getting a charge on my account for another months service after a lapse of a few months (approximately 4 months). I did not receive any warning that my account was about to be charged. This review is not about the talent of the technicians, but about the structure of the company itself. As with other reviews of Amazing Lash Studio, I attempted to cancel my subscription. I went and signed the cancellation paper in person, was sure that they removed my card from the account and SOMEHOW I WAS STILL CHARGED THIS MONTH. I keep disputing the charges with my credit card but now I will have to cancel my card all-together and order a new one. I originally scheduled a lash lift for 9:20 am when the studio called, twice they asked if they could move my appointment to 9 which was a joke since the receptionists did not have any of the paperwork ready which cut into my appointment by about 10 minutes. The lash tech did not really explain any of the process to me and I feel like since my appointment time was interrupted over a printer, she had to rush.
