Booked an appointment online with this location a month in advance. Received a confirmation email AND texts to confirm my appointment. I also received an appointment reminder text the morning of my appointment. When I arrived 10min early I was told I was no where on their schedule or system. So bed expiration. I did full set lashes 01/25/23 and today 02/04/23 ONE week. I paid $165. This is not professional. I did lashes 15 years, and this situation first time then lashes came out on first week.

I originally signed up at the Cityline location for my lashes, but ended up going to Firewheel as I found a really amazing lash tech. I get my lashes done every other Friday (twice a month) and have the two fills per month membership. My credits typically pull on the 7th of every month. I had an appointment on 06/03 and called Cityline on 06/01 stating I wanted to pull my credits early as I knew I wasn’t going to have any on 06/03. The girl told me Firewheel could do it. I went there for my first appointment they said I didn’t have any appointment instead of offering “another one” she said just go online and make the appointment while sitting checking her phone. Thank you,if this is at the beginning I can’t even imagine coming here every month.bad service
