This is the best place to get your lashes done! Front desk was amazing and Riley was amazing!!! It’s definitely called Amazing Lash Studio for a reason!
I strongly advise anyone considering this place to be extremely careful. Terrible experience. I was told I could cancel my membership anytime, but when my lashes fell off within a week, they refused to cancel it until after they charged me. I signed the termination and was promised a refund, and two weeks later they told me they won’t refund me. Very unprofessional and feels like a scam. Be careful.
I called around 6:30pm to schedule an appointment to get may lashes removed. The front desk girl asked me where I went to get them done, I let her know I went to a private tech. She lets me know she is going to ask a technician how long it would take since it's a different glue. She comes back and informs me the only available time would be 7:30 but that they close at 8. Do not join membership let alone go there. They should have a one star. They will try to charge you extra every month saying you don’t have credit. I was advised by the lash techs to take a break and they refused to refund two refills that had been charged. They are greedy people
Alyssa at Amazing Lash Studio is that girl! I told her to do whatever her heart desired, and baby… she understood the assignment! I don’t have alot of my own lashes, like mine are soooo little lol baby these are the most natural-looking lashes I’ve ever had in my life — soft, beautiful, and perfectly shaped for my face. Alyssa took her time, asked questions, and truly cared about the look I wanted. I live five hours away, and I would gladly make that drive again just to have her bless my lashes.
