I called around 6:30pm to schedule an appointment to get may lashes removed. The front desk girl asked me where I went to get them done, I let her know I went to a private tech. She lets me know she is going to ask a technician how long it would take since it's a different glue. She comes back and informs me the only available time would be 7:30 but that they close at 8. Everything was going good till she informed me that whatever tech she spoke to if she is not finished removing my lashes by 8, she would leave those lashes ... read more
Do not join membership let alone go there. They should have a one star. They will try to charge you extra every month saying you don’t have credit. I was advised by the lash techs to take a break and they refused to refund two refills that had been charged. They are greedy people
Alyssa at Amazing Lash Studio is that girl! I told her to do whatever her heart desired, and baby… she understood the assignment! I don’t have alot of my own lashes, like mine are soooo little lol baby these are the most natural-looking lashes I’ve ever had in my life — soft, beautiful, and perfectly shaped for my face. Alyssa took her time, asked questions, and truly cared about the look I wanted. I live five hours away, and I would gladly make that drive again just to have her bless my lashes. Paid extra today for a master stylist just to have her burn my eyes for an hour and half because she taped my eyes open for too much for too long and then blame it on the same glue I’ve had used on my eyes for the past 5 years going to amazing lash and same glue my normal stylist uses (which I couldn’t go to today cause of time schedule differences). Then of course when I tell the front that I’m already getting fall out and twisting when I just finished, the stylist that looks at them says it’s because lashes normally twist.... read more
