I want to give a very honest review. At first this review would have been a 1 star. A few weeks ago I had my lashes done for the very first time in my life. I've always wanted them, but I have been very apprehensive due to the high cost and high maintenance of lashes. I got my lashes done 1 week ago. It looked good. It has been 7 days and most of the lashes fell. I have done my lashes before in different places, it usually starts falling by the 2nd week.
Great location! The staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful! There was an issue with my account and she was so patient and called my home location/worked on correcting the problem in the system until she was able to fully correct it and get it taken care of for me. I had a master stylist for my lashes and she was so nice and had the most gentle touch when actually applying the lashes - I didn’t even realize I fell asleep bc I was so relaxed! Jasmine is the best person here! Always super kind & friendly when you walk in. Zulma does an amazing job with the lashes. She has such a gentle touch and my lashes look amazing every time.
