Love this place!
My debit card was charged for service i did not receive. I was informed that i would have to pay for full service due to being late by 15 mins. which i understood. i needed a fill. i was told the stylist did not have time. my appointment was at 3:10pm, i arrived at 3:25pm. My question is, was the next appointment at 3:30, 3:45pm or 4:00pm? I had my credit card on file and instead of charging my credit card they used my last method of payment which was my debit card which was unauthorized. I had Marshaun and she was amazing!! The front desk is so sweet and communicative, and the tech I had was so nice and funny. I had the lash lift and tint and she worked perfectly with my needs, these are the best lashes I’ve ever had!
