Had a fill done last week and 2 days later got pink eye and still dealing with it. Called the lash studio, spoke with Lucy who basically blew me off saying I assure you all tools are disinfected & cleaned sorry that happened to you.Well apparently not since my tools were contaminated. Looked great with good retention but my eyes were pretty red and irritated, that has never once happened over many years of lashes at other places.
New to New braunfels area and this was my first time at this location **front desk she was very nice but my eyelash tech she was very rude. I don’t think I will come back to this location again
