Tell me why I got tartar sauce instead of katsu sauce when ordering the signature combo? The picture has katsu sauce and there’s no description of the sauce on the text on Uber Eats. What’s even in the menu that needs tartar sauce in a Japanese restaurant?

I ordered the Chicken Tenderloin Curry Don and the Miso soup. Overall the curry was on the bland/plain side and I couldn’t really taste much flavor. The chicken was crispy but again, it lacked flavor. The rice was mushy and sticky as if sushi rice. The miso soup didn’t have tofu and only a few tiny rings of green onions. Katsu out of a ghost kitchen. A friend from the area hyped this place up last year, so I finally pulled the trigger to grab some katsu. Typical ghost kitchen setup, sharing the space with a bunch of other restaurants, with a locker and QR code system for pickups. I usually don't have high hopes for ghost kitchens, but the katsu here was better than most versions I've had at casual Japanese spots.
