The entertainment is awesome,but the buffet mainly the pizza is always cold
We liked it we had a good time. Food was good. Kids had a good time. My son was pretty disappointed that he couldn't drive the go karts and was only literally a tiny bit under the allowed height and we seen shorter kids Go before him..

My family had a blast we were there from noon till 6 pm. On Tuesday if you tell them about the coupon online it was cheaper and they could eat, play all the non ticket games, bowl and the rides unlimited all day . Well worthe the money spent.
For the most part my kids had fun on rides and games. But as for the attitude of the workers at the rides was ridiculous. They acted as if they were irritated being there. The good was ridiculous. The ice cream station was a complete mess. The pasta looked like it was half ass made. The food court needs much attention all the time.
We had my granddaughters Birthday Party yesterday. It was amazing! The kids and adults loved it. We all had a great time riding the rides, playing games. Wish we had something like this in the West Valley Area. It was a distance but we'll worth it!. Thanks
Food isn't that great but everything went well for the most part. Was told they didn't have party rooms available and seen them empty the whole time we were there. I purchased a deal on Groupon I don't think they like to honor the deals they advertise on the app. As far as putting in the extra work if your not paying full price.
Employees were very rude. How do you expect to have customers when the first people you go to when you enter are rude? Needs better customer service. My cousin has cancer and is finally out of the hospital, so my family scrapped up money to do a birthday party for him at amazing Jakes. I thought it was a great idea but looks like we won't be having my daughter's birthday party there anymore.
Amazing service and a whole lot of fun for myself, 2 year old, and 7 year old! I would recommend to any family. Thank you!!
