My mother broke her collarbone at this facility last weekend and not one of the staff members checked on her. She was in obvious pain. As we gathered the paper work for the incident report from the manager not one of the staff members came to ask how she was doing. No one came to help us out the door. Nothing. I don't even know how to describe this type of callous behavior. I love this place. I have had 2 birthday parties there and never had any issues. I cant wait to see what it looks like after remodeling. I will say I was disappointed at the fountain drinks they had. The lemonade was sour and the sierra mist tasted like soap. They have great employees and go beyond any expectations

This place was a joke, the pasta tasted like somebody put a pot of boiled noodles with zero salt out and served it as some sort of Alfredo, also the plates, cups they had put out for people to use, half of them still had nasty stuck on food. They had like 4 rides that my kids liked and that's about it, the games were all extremely expensive and gave almost no tickets. Thank you amazing people at Amazing Jake's so accommodating it was a wonderful 3rd birthday party for my daughter that we will never forget thank you all!!!
