We were there from 1:30pm & 7:45pm with 10 other people. None of us had any issues. Wait times were not a problem for any of us. Even bowling was a 5 minute wait. Which was exciting with toddlers. Only pizza we had to wait a few minutes which was only for the popular pepperoni pizza. We love this place and go all the time. Worth the money for unlimited food and play!!
So a few weeks ago my company Freedom Financial had a huge family event for the company employees I mentioned to the management that all this staff were wonderful they took great care of us and the service was friendly she did ask me to leave this review online I got busy but I remembered right now the young ladies and gentlemen that work the weekend deserve recognition it was a lot of people a lot of kids and they greeted us with a smile coming in and going out you all have a good team of people that work there it was a ver... read more
We spent 9 hours there and it was amazing. Our kids had a blast and we just hung out and watched our babies have fun. The AC was ice cold and the food was not bad. We will definitely be back soon!

Went on a double date here yesterday afternoon. Started off with bowling... it took so long for our bowling balls to be returned that we had to get second balls. That seemed to make it return faster... everything else- 4.5 stars!
They need to give more time for the birthday room. We didn't even have time for the cake and opening gifts. The wait time for the games and rides are ridiculous. Thank God the kids don't notice the things that the adults notice. The other adults and I made the best of it and still had a fun evening with our kids....
My daughter and I are visiting my sister from New York so this is the first place we visited...we absolutely love Jake’s unlimited!!..you pay one price and you get to enjoy 3 or 4 hours of great entertainment and food...love love this place...we will definitely come back when we are in Arizona! 👍🏾👏🏽
My family and I witness discrimination. A young black girl 3 years old that met the height requirement was not allowed on the frog Hopper ride. I have posted a picture of a white little girl 3 years of age in pink that did not meet the height requirement allowed on the ride right after.
