If I could give no stars I would. I was with this agency for a few months, In the best interest of yourself or loved ones, stay as far away as possible to this unprofessional unreliable agency. They send CNA/HomeCare Aides that are not on time and incompetent. They don’t know their job. They speak and understand very little English. The administrator always has lame excuses for her aides.
