She lied and said the discount mall opens at 11, but clearly it opens at 10am. My appointment was at 11am. I called her, and she said she was at work smh unprofessional. What's the point of setting an appointment for Thursday if you knew that you weren't going to be there.

Got my hair braided here twice (individual braids and crochet style) and I would definitely keep coming. Ms.Elizabeth is so sweet and a great stylist and her work lasts. Highly recommend!
