TLDR- don’t take suits here I took a suit jacket to be refitted after some weight loss. I called and told them the situation, and the person who answered the phone and made the appointment was very helpful. Once I arrived for my appointment, the woman who did the alteration fitting was very rude, asking me if I could afford the alterations and telling me that the suit was the wrong size. Tammy did a phenomenal job on my cashmere blanket. There is no indication that it was even repaired! It looks as new as the day it was purchased.

I just had a terrible experience here. I made a appointment last week and I told them how many pants I needed altered. When I came for my appointment today, they thought I wanted have shirts tailored. I said I was here for pants alterations and they told me there was a limit to what they would do at one time, so pick my favorite pants up to the limit. I left.
