Ama understands the issues concerning middle aged and older people, such as maintaining balance and flexibility. She personalised an exercise regime for me which quickly improved my balance and motivated me to exercise much more often and regularly. I recommend Ama to people at or beyond middle age - she really knows how to address fitness concerns of this age group.

I've been working with Ama for over 10 years now. She is totally amazing just as the name suggests. I suffer with a mental disability but no matter how ill I am I know that if I can get myself to Zumba or a PT session I am 110% guaranteed to feel so much better after. Her spirit is enlightening and infectious. I never feel odd or out of place, and she is darned good at what she does. S Hanley

Have been doing Z with Ama for 7 years ,always supportive, encouraging and enthusiastic with the lesson, would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their fitness
