I had an "amazingly" awful experience with this company. Their customer service was absolutely terrible! Please, Please do your research on this company. There is a reason why at the time I'm writing this Amazing Exteriors has a rating of 2.6 Stars on Google.
This is by far the worst place I've ever experienced terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. No call backs, no one there knows real numbers and are never able to give an exact quote. The gal who answers the phone (office manager??) does a lot of promising and no delivering. It was like talking to a child. We had Ben Olinger from Amazing Exteriors out to the house to give us a quote on a full siding tear off and replace project. He was the third company to come quote us for Hardie Plank siding and trim. He was straight forward, professional, and efficient. He answered all of our questions, and when we asked him for help in beating another price quote, he was able to work with us to make it happen. Great guy and good products offered. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking into Hardie Plank siding.
