I’d highly suggest under no situation or circumstance do you use KEVIN KECK or Amazing Grace Garden Center. We ordered Zoysia sod. It was delivered Friday looking like this. We laid it Saturday. It looks terrible. Chat GPT says 85% of it is dead. Mr. Keck can’t see why I’m upset and told us to wait 30 days and THEN he’ll replace it. I paid FULL price for high end sod. Kevin did a great job with communication! You can tell he cares about the client and does everything possible to make them happy.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My delivery was already delayed by one day. When the grass finally arrived, it was left in the front yard despite clearly requesting it be placed in the backyard. Because of this, I had to urgently hire someone to move it myself to avoid delaying my scheduled installation, which cost me $45 out of pocket. Communication was also very poor.
