I booked an appointment informed the lady of what I wanted and was given a price and an appointment only to arrive and be informed that I could not get what I wanted because I have short natural hair however it can seem in my profile picture that my hair is SHORT and NATURAL!!!! It is obvious! So why would you not inform me of this “rule” ?!?! Very unprofessional!!!! You need to inform your clients of these rules...
