Stephen took advantage of the system financially. My family member was neglected mentally,physically,was not taken to the dentist,no assistance with dental hygiene,missed several important medical appointments. All caused some severe medical and dental complications! Do NOT use Amaze Health Care.

They treat you like family
Horrible Experience the owner of the company is very unprofessional , very untrustworthy, & do not stick to plans as well as the healthcare laws !! As you can see the company says open if you were to call now you will not get a reply or answer due to nobody being in the office & their is suppose to be staff on duty as well as in the office for clients as well as employee to communicate with the company staffs in office !! This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a company!!
