Sailed on the AMA Magna along the Danube in August 2019. Bought the owners suite and requested a bicycle 1 year, 6 months, 1 month & 2 weeks before the cruise. Each time we were “assured it was done” When we arrived it was NOT done. We were told no cycles were available anywhere in Munich, Vienna or Prague. I called a shop in Vienna and they said there Was plenty available. AMA continuously lied to me and our travel agent.
