Great staff - from the friendly front desk (Marissa has such patience) to the lab techs and doctor assistants (Ebbonie is amazing) and especially Dr. Bedard. She is compassionate and you can feel how concerned she is for her patients well being. I like that she remembers me from each visit and gives me the care as if I were in her own private practice. This facility is clean and well run.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff picks up the phone and hangs up on you after you are on hold for 20 plus minutes. I have tried to get through for over an hour calling from landline and my cell phone. A doctor's office that doesn't answer I hit every prompt for appointments, medical records, and more. Just not ok...
