I had to wait a month after selecting Dr Gonzales as a new doctor, according to my health plan, so I am now able to call and make an appointment. Guess what…first available appointment is Sept 2027. It’s August 2026 now, why even state you are excepting new parents if you make them wait a year? Completely unacceptable, do not say you accept new patients if you want them to wait a year.
(I'm posting this 6 months after I left the last review, where I only left 2 and no comment. I gave him a 2nd chance and now I must say something) I don't know what's happened with Dr. Gonzalez. He and I had a WONDERFUL relationship! He treated me like a fellow human being and listened to my concerns. Now an issue in my care has come up and he REFUSES to listen to me about it. This doctor and his staff only care about the money they received from patients. Really bad service. When I most needed this doctor to receive an advice for the care of my father, he never once returned my phone calls, when the nurse finally answered the call, she simply said it wasn’t his responsibility as my Dad was dying in the hospital. Regardless of dr gonzalez beings my Dad’s primary doctor, he didn’t once care to go over his records.
