Incredibly flavorful sausage.
Got the Cajun beef over dirty rice. Genuinely incredible, will eat here again!
There is nobody in the area that does it like this! Amazing scratch made sausages, sandwiches, and sides. The homemade rolls for the sandwiches are incredible. The chaurice (pictured), garlic and Louisiana beef (pictured) sandwiches are my favorites. Definitely want to buy some links to grill at home too.
