I ordered meat stuffers at Amato’s on Sabattus Street and I’m honestly very disappointed with the service. I waited almost two hours for my food. I called to ask what was going on, and they told me it was ready but it wasn’t. When I finally received the stuffers, they were cold. This is not the first time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. Waiting that long and then getting cold food is unacceptable. I’m really upset and disappointed. Please do better because this is not acceptable
The subs sit way too long in all the juices making the bread soggy. They need to work on that no one wants to eat soggy bread.
They serve breakfast now. I ordered a Steak and cheese Breakfast Burrito, and an order of hash browns. Both items were incredible! The service was fast, and the employees were very polite!
