I called ahead to order. Wanted two Italians. Got there, paid $36, also got a jar of sour pickles. Got home to find 2 ham and american subs. Apparently this is a "real Italian". Called immediately and explained Han Italian sub works. Charlene and Jonah assured me two new subs the next day. Very appreciated. Got my new subs the next day. All I can say is Amato's Italian sub is disgusting. Capicols was 75% fat 25% meat. The prosciutto was so thick and chewy I had to get it out of my mouth. Amatos manager super rude and disrespectful plus they had a septic leak for the 2nd time in that store so clearly they are slacking with there own crap litterly

For the most part the food and service is good most of the time. It really depends on the person preparing your order.
waited ages only to get food I couldn't eat. I asked for cheese bites and got something loaded with meat. Ridiculous waste of money and food. Partner tried to eat some, but was like chewing on salt
