Horrible experience. Let my mother who was the executor of my estate take as much money as she wanted out with no with no questions asked by attorney amato. If an executor is claiming that the deceased owed the executor alone of $10,000, and allowed her to repay herself without any kind of proof of a loan being given. Let alone that the deceased was a millionaire why would he have to take a loan from someone who lives paycheck to paycheck. I will never recommend this attorney ever to anybody else.
