I most definitely will not be coming back to this place.The flowers I purchased were gorgeous; however, the customer service left much to be desired. The person I dealt with was dismissive, condescending, and quite rude. I was left with the strong impression that my business was not welcome here.
Great service, called when the courier could not deliver. I had got the address wrong and they were so great and got them redelivered so my mum got her Mother’s Day flowers A+++

The floral received were beautiful for a wedding, but the lady over the phone and in person was very rude, for customers that don't know flowers and need a little help with the difference in bridal bouquet, we found her rude and unfair. We won't be going back.
