After going to my car manufacturer I was told my rear brakes would cost 600 to replace, so I did some research and reached out to several places, including Amaru, who have not a great price to fix if I brought in my own pads. They got it done in less than an hour, they have earned a customer for life
Russ is a great mechanic. Has been indispensable helping to keep my old (98') Ford on the road and in great condition.
This is a great shop. In my opinion Russ is an old school mechanic. Honest, hard working, knowledgeable etc. I'm constantly amazed at the varied makes/models in his shop when I go there. I like to see that because it tells me that his knowledge base is broad and therefore his troubleshooting ability is excellent. As was the case with my tank Ford Expedition. Wouldn’t take my car there again gave him plenty of time to get everything they needed for to fix our car after they had a car for three days. They didn’t have the parts to fix it. Finally got it the following Tuesday they had the car for a week drove off in the car and it wouldn’t move turned around went back. They forgot to hook up the hose for the exhaust of the car wouldn’t move. Terrible terrible crappy service didn’t even offer anything except for G. I’m sorry I expected a little bit of money off our bill.
I had a great experience with Amaru Automotive! We ran into a small issue initially, but Russ, the owner, handled it with absolute professionalism and care. He went above and beyond to make things right, and that kind of integrity is rare these days. It’s clear he truly values his customers. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Russ and team!
