The new administrator here is awesome and is totally helping change Amarsi for the better! The staff care about the residents and want to make this a good place to be for them.
The staff has been absolutely amazing to my family member and my family when I come by to visit. We couldn’t be happier at another facility, and trust me we have tried others. I would personally like to thank the evening staff for take extra time to get my aunt situated. Also would like to thank Rebecca McCall for all that she does behind the scenes!
Type of care, minimal, quality is substandard. The receptionist was kind. staff constantly parks in handicap spots. Rooms are drab and depressing. residents are just trying to survive, no quality care whatsoever!!
I moved my father to Amarsi at the beginning of July 2025. His previous living situation did not meet expectations as far as taking care of an elderly person. I explained this to the admin Rebecca and she was very understanding and did what she could to assist me with moving my father to the facility. The Medical Director, Rebecca has gone above and beyond to assist me with helping my father get the medicine he needs and making him feel comfortable during his moving transition.
