Nice room and direct veranda to the forest with lots of wallabies. Room had a nice kitchen and bathroom.
The place was clean and tidy. Beautiful pool area. BBQ area. However the bar and restaurant wasnt open as they had changed hands and no liquor lic apparently. We werent advised this when we booked as we had a 50th Birthfay event which we purposely booked at this accommodation for
The extremely rude horrid old woman at reception should not be in customer service. Absolutely no personal skills at all. Barely grunted at us upon arrival, and even when we walked in and out during the day she would ask who we were and what we were doing. Not sure what’s happened since our last stay, the lovely lady called Kate used to be so pleasant and friendly.
Dirty and unclean. Disgusting smell from local resident animals. Door didn’t lock. Curtains wouldn’t close and a lot of damage inside of room. Would NOT recommend this property at all! Extremely disappointed.
