We had an emergency last Wednesday when several pallets fell in the electrical wires of our fence. I called customer service and they said they could send a technician out in 3 - 5 business days but that would leave us exposed during the Thanksgiving weekend. I called our technician Bailey Deloach and he provided me with a solution that would get us through the weekend until he could arrive today.
