She was extremely knowledgeable about the system and very passionate about ensuring I understood how to operate my equipment. Jennie provided detailed information about the visit once service was completed. Finally she closed out with a few key troubleshooting steps for good measure. Emphasized safety and attention to detail throughout. Excellent job!
