I experienced difficulty rearming the gate after the landscaping team completed cleaning around the fence area. The system was displaying a fault in Zone 3 and would not reengage properly. I contacted Abraham Jaramillo, who assisted me with troubleshooting the code. He also provided a brief overview of how the system operates and what to look for in similar situations. Yesterday (Thursday) while I was closing up, my perimeter alarm kept triggering when I armed the gate. I walked the entire fence line myself trying to isolate the issue and couldn’t figure it out. I had to leave the perimeter unarmed, which is not something I’m comfortable with when I’m responsible for securing a large property. I reported it, and by the end of the day today, Friday, Abraham was on site. End of the week. Friday evening. And he still came out ready to work.
