I had another visit from an Amarok Service Tech and I now know great service is in their culture. Russ S. showed up to provide some training on my new cameras. He saw an Amarok box on my counter and realized it's for my fence. He said, since I'm here, all install your new charger as well, so you don't have to wait for another fence service tech. I then picked his brain on my operations and he gave me some good insight/recommendations. He made me feel like I was his only customer for the day. I'm so glad I left Bay Alarm.
