Carlos brought my hair back to life a few years ago and my husband and I have been going to him ever since. He does a wonderful and thorough job with all services and we highly recommend him!

So unprofessional. Carlos canceled my appointment one hour before the actual appointment. He had texted me saying he was running ahead of schedule and was wondering if i could come in earlier. I was out and offered to come 30 minutes earlier before the scheduled appointment at 5pm. He abruptly canceled my appointment. These hairstylists think they’re all that asking for a card on a file and if WE cancel we get charged. This is not okay.
