I ordered the Honey Cake via Deliveroo and was quite disappointed with the quality compared to the description and photos. The cake I received looked very different: it's much smaller, seemed dry, not properly soaked, and the cream was quite dense rather than light and velvety as advertised. Overall, it lacked the freshness and texture I would expect from a “Great Taste Award winner”. Considering the price (�7.99), I don’t feel the product met expectations.
Went there for a lunch after a Royal Academy of Dance performance. The staff were clearly quite stretched - maybe it was a bad day for some reason - but it seemed frantic. Drinks orders were incorrect, missing food items, and no fresh chicken on the menu at all - ruling out several dishes - which was disappointing.
