Amarja has every quality a Real Estate Broker needs, and she is simply fun to be around. She is remarkably knowledgeable and has great insight in the market. As a bonus she has a background in architecture and in our case helped us take some real in-depth looks at a possibility of a fixer-upper or something more polished. Once we knew the house we wanted Amarja had the offer ready and submitted quickly giving us the best chance to purchase our first home. Amarja is the best out there.

Amarja is great at what she does. She helped us find our home 2 yrs back. She made sure that she is there for us through out the process from inspections to closing. She also helped us after the closing with the maintenance of the house before we moved in. She helped us with out rental property from finding the right renter to getting all renting terms signed. I highly recommend her.

Amarja - Is an energetic, enthusiastic and resourceful broker. Being an architect by learning gives her an upper edge in identifying good houses and evaluate the properties in an wholistic perspective. She was the broker for us and was quick in identifying good homes and arranging visits to the properties fairly quickly. Her second great strength is ensuring that the property is correctly priced given the market and property condition.

Amarja is more than a realtor. She is a professional consultant that can guide you through selling your home. I was selling a property I inherited more than a decade ago during a real estate slump. I highly recommend Amarja Webb. Amarja’s knowledge and professionalism was appreciated, especially since we were selling my father’s home from another state.
