I had an appointment at 3:00 PM. At 4:15 I left. My time is valuable and I felt very disrespected by having to wait. I left and said maybe I will call back for appointment!

If you book with Dr. E plan on bringing snacks and an extra phone battery. I didn't learn this until the 3rd visit after sitting for over an hour on the first 2 visits. After waiting 2 hours for her to call me back, I finally got up and left. Rude and disrespectful to her patients to make them wait so long. SO disrespectful of my time and so rude to make me sit in uncomfortable chairs (if there is one because the waiting room is so full) for that long. There are other doctors for this service. Use them.

I came from a wonderful practice in another city. The doctor I saw at Amarillo Nephrology did not listen to my concerns (I even had someone with me who commented) and I asked to try another doctor. They told me I would have to see her or leave the practice. What?!

My Mom needed to see Dr. Hendrick and we were both very impressed with him ! He explained everything to the both of us and even though I took notes of her visits, he let us know he ALWAYS prints out copies of what he tells his Patients and gives them copies as well as sends them to their Personal M.D. ! We would refer him to anyone who needs a great Dr !
