My Mom needed to see Dr. Hendrick and we were both very impressed with him ! He explained everything to the both of us and even though I took notes of her visits, he let us know he ALWAYS prints out copies of what he tells his Patients and gives them copies as well as sends them to their Personal M.D. ! We would refer him to anyone who needs a great Dr !
Dr.Sreenivasan is truly the best Doctor I've ever had! Not only is he very kind, caring, and thoughtful, but he actually listens to my questions/concerns and does everything in his power to try and help. From collaborating on my care with my other doctors, reaching out to university doctors/specialists in my disease to see what more can be done for me, setting up weekly infusions for me at outpatient facility to make management easier, and helping me with my disability application. This Nephrology clinic is small but you are well taken care of once you walk through the doors. The front staff were prompt and friendly. I had zero issues with getting checked in during my first visit there. The wait to see the doctor or have blood work done is never unreasonable. I see Dr. Sreenivasan and he is fantastic. The back staff that help you make upcoming appointments are quick and very friendly. I recommend this clinic if you have major kidney issues.
