Military beware: read the fine print. I was surprised and disappointed that the staff pushed me to sign a document that was presented as something “to notify my chain if I don’t pay.” After reading it, it turned out to be a document waiving my SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) rights. This facility is always clean and goes above and beyond to help during hardship times. They are a great team and help to ensure all of your belingings are safe. Jocelyn is great! She is always very helpful and Dave jumps right into gear helping her to do an extraordinary job in the office.
