Think hard before booking, they charge you half of the session fee to cancel and if you cancel within 24hrs you get no refund at all. I can understand last minute cancellations but if it’s not last minute there shouldn’t be a fee. Life happens.

I was in an accident, pedestrian vs vehicle and my knee needed to be operated on. It’s been a little over a month and the swelling has remained the same. I was informed by Ashley, that fibrosis was in play around the tendons. After only one session I went from almost unbearable pain when walking upstairs on the knee to feeling almost nothing when putting stepping pressure on the right leg. Honestly I am baffled by not only the information she educated me on, but also the results. Will continue seeing her.
