This company was hired through COA. They came out to do a home check visit. Never heard back from them. It’s been about a month and the program my grandfather was on through COA is about to come to an end and they never sent out a home health aid. Thanks for never contacting anyone to say hey, you might want to move along to another company that can help since we can’t keep the help!
