A very nice location and quality facilities ruined by poor management and abusive residents. No urgency to reply to emails/phone calls but will reach out when it suits them once in a blue moon. No security and parcels stolen are a regular. Elderly residents have a complete lack of respect and have been consistently rude, envious and out right abusive to younger women when we aren't around, for obvious reasons. Hospice looks like the Bahamas compared to this place
Would appreciate details and contacts for a building manager. Been searching for the past 2 hours for details of whom to contact regarding stolen mail. The mail situation must be sorted as it is unsafe and our parcels are constantly being stolen.
