Houses are built to be packed like sardines. Not well thought out designs - kitchen only has drawers not cupboards, sink drawers have holes in the middle so less storage, no linen closets, super small master bedrooms. Hinges on cupboards leave even less room for storage. Small master closest - definitely built to conserve space while making the most money for themselves.
Good service
I would give zero if I could because AVID staff are uncaring and unhelpful. As a resident living here the construction and management team could care less if we have any reasonable peace. Construction noise is fine…loud music is not acceptable when you are trying to work and study from home. Site manager has no communication skills and is rude. Management provide radio silence to the issue. Sign on construction site says ‘respect the residents’ they may as well take that down.
