Good resource for foster parents
Amara referred people to Marshan Goodwin-Moultry, who hasn't held a license for substance assessments since Feb. 2017. I don't know how many families were effected by these referrals to an individual not qualified to give the pre-fostering assessments, but know he was a "preferred provider" for such assessments. His costly evaluations are worthless. How many people were either put through unnecessary additional work, or inappropiately moved forward in the process??
