Good resource for foster parents
Amara referred people to Marshan Goodwin-Moultry, who hasn't held a license for substance assessments since Feb. 2017. I don't know how many families were effected by these referrals to an individual not qualified to give the pre-fostering assessments, but know he was a "preferred provider" for such assessments. His costly evaluations are worthless. How many people were either put through unnecessary additional work, or inappropiately moved forward in the process?? I don't know if Amara will independently report him to DOH, ... read more

These agencies force unabused white children into illegal adoptions and the social workers are all black they love their jobs of intentionally torturing white women to steal their children and sell them for adoption incentives. CPS needs to be shut down.
