Top notch urologist surgeon. He provides multiple surgical options when appropriate. He treats everyone with respect and answers all of your questions until you understand. His followup appointments are thorough, and after-hours support is very responsive whenever you need them. He is the best urologist that I have had. His direct staff is very knowledgeable and can handle most questions with just a phone call. Andrea Rowe, PA-C, is a great example of competency. Awesome doctor with great bedside manner!!
It gets so irritating going into ravals office every appt (month) and no matter how early I arrive I watch ppl with appt times after me who signed in after me always going B4 me. It doesn't matter how early I get there I'm always seen hours after my appt time while watching ppl I'm that have appts after me going back first. If it keeps up I'll be leaving this office to find a new doc... It saddens .e to have to do this but I don't have my own vehicle and there's limitations to the use of the car I am allowed to use...
