Dr Raval is great. My surgery went smooth and the recovery has been as he had mentioned. The billing department sucks. They are unreachable by phone and unresponsive.
Top notch urologist surgeon. He provides multiple surgical options when appropriate. He treats everyone with respect and answers all of your questions until you understand. His followup appointments are thorough, and after-hours support is very responsive whenever you need them. He is the best urologist that I have had. His direct staff is very knowledgeable and can handle most questions with just a phone call. Andrea Rowe, PA-C, is a great example of competency.
