I don’t care how good of a doctor are you BUT when you have unprofessional staff it will make you look BAD. The worst front office staff ever! I am an MA and have never had such a bad experience. I scheduled an appointment for October 14, 2025, for my son and informed the front desk that we live in Orlando, FL, which is about 2.5 hours away. Dr. Raval at advanced urology Institute has been amazing over the last approximately six years he helped resolve an issue where my previous general practitioner had had me on kidney and thyroid medication because he had failed to address the fact that testosterone controls organs in the male body since seeing Dr. Raval my life is completely turned around. I’m healthier than I ever was more active than I ever was all because he took the time to listen and run the test and come up with a therapy solution.
Excellent doctor. Doesn’t force anything on you or tell you what you need. Simple question each time: “is it bothering you enough to go on to the next step?” I wish all doctors led with that question & mindset!
