Dr. Miglani gave me back my quality of life and I will be forever grateful. After a previous horribly, painful sinus surgery outside Mayo Clinic, I can assure you that the Mayo difference is light years ahead of most facilities in terms of empathy, expertise, pain management, and overall effectiveness of treatment. If you have chronic sinus issues, I hope you are fortunate enough to see Dr. Miglani.

I had been struggling with nasal constrictions/congestion for over 10 years. I have seen ENT doctors along with several internists during this time. When traveling, I carry a small bag of nose sprays, nasal rinse with steroids and oral medications for congestion and sinus drainage.
