My girlfriend was put on emergency status for a colonoscopy. After problems with both ends of Doctor's offices not communicating or submitting forms with the insurance, I proceeded with a 4-way call and got all parties to approve the requests. It was 4 weeks of misery and anguish which she's still experiencing. The pregnant lady that was in the office at Dr Dodda's was the ONLY concerned and considerate person there. Dr spent about 5 minutes with me without asking about my medical history etc. I had not completed any forms online and still had the forms in my hand in fact. He did no physical exam, asked very few questions and immediately scheduled me for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. He didn’t even ask me what my primary issue was…..walked in and said “so you are having GERD”…..to which I replied no. I don’t know who’s worse the staff or the doctor. Staff never returns calls for follow up visits despite repeated voicemails asking for an appointment. Dr. Isn’t interested in you as a person whatsoever.. I’m moving onto a new Gastro.
