I was thrilled with my experience at Amanda’s Touch Roanoke on Saturday! Amy was my stylist and did a fantastic job picking out dresses that fit my vision. I can’t believe I found my dream dress so quickly, and it was a super enjoyable experience! Very comfortable and supportive atmosphere, great dress selection, and they even went out of their way to reach out to my fiancé so he could send me a little love note to read while I tried on dresses :’)❤️ Would definitely recommend to other brides!
Everyone was so kind and made me feel so special! Jordan and heather are amazing! I found my dream dress and they made me feel so pretty. I definitely recommend coming here to find your dream dress too!
Today was not only a fun experience and amazing. Lindsay was my consultant and she did a phenomenal job. When she asked yesterday (day before appointment) for inspiration pictures, details, what I may and may not want, and how I wanted everything the had already known the dress for me (I didn’t find this out until after I said yes to the dress). My cousin’s appointment was rushed, her bridal consultant Carla was rude and condescending and just picked dresses without listening to what she was wanted and liked - don’t waste your time
While my overall experience was fun and Wendy took care of me there are so many things that were "overlooked ". No measurements were taken, I ordered the dress and then when I mentioned about measurements I was told we thought you coming back after lunch. Well I ordered the dress so why would I come back? Communication was mediocre at best. I ordered it in May and was told it would be here in September. I had to call to get an update and am now being told mid October. Why didn't they reach out?
