We had the best time at Amanda’s on the Edge! We spent some time looking at different restaurants around the Hunter Valley, reading reviews and checking menus. As soon as we saw this menu, we didn’t hesitate for a second! It felt more original, with dishes like merguez (we’re from France and it’s such a classic, but hard to find here) and lamb. we felt a million miles away from anywhere else, we were treated like there was no one else, the gap between courses was perfect, and we never felt rushed. Food was so flavoursome, and the staff treated our daughter to a special dessert for her 18th birthday.

We had a big family lunch here at Amanda's. The restaurant was really responsive when I sent an enquiry email. We were a big group, so we pre-ordered. All dishes were served very quickly, hot and fresh. I had the prawn, duck, and chocolate mousse, and everything tasted delicious. My family really enjoyed their selection as well. Even though the vineyards are in winter, there’s not much to view; the atmosphere was chill, and enjoying a drink under the sun was comfortable.
